What information should be on the contact page of your website

A contact page is vital to your business, as it provides an easily accessible point of contact for potential clients to reach out to you. However, there are a lot of options when it comes to what information should be included on this page - so much so that it can be difficult deciding what pages should have which information!

What Contact Information to Include
The best way to ensure that people are directed to the appropriate contact is to include a map. You can also provide links for customers who prefer to use the phone, email, or social media instead of filling out a form. A map can also show your customers how far away your retail locations are - this is especially useful if you have multiple stores in one region.

Why Including a Contact Page is Important
One of the most important things about your website is that it has a contact page. This is because people want to be able to contact you if they have any questions, suggestions, or problems with their order. A contact page will also help you keep track of all correspondence from site visitors and to know how effective your website is in converting website traffic into sales!

When Should the Contact Page be Visible?
When someone visits your contact page, they should be able to find it. On your home page you could have your telephone number and email address in your header section or navigation bar so visitors always know where the contact details are once they have finished scrolling through your pages. You can also place it in an obvious location on other pages such as your blog or by having an enquire button on all landing pages. It is a great way to prompt customers to get in touch without having to make too many clicks.

Linking to a Contact Page from Your Website
If someone is looking for contact information on your website or blog, they should be able to easily find a contact page. If you have a link in the top menu bar, chances are good that it will be seen. But if you don't have a link in the top menu bar, make sure it's placed prominently on the page so that people can find it easily.

Conclusion
A contact page should include the company name, address, phone number, and email. It should also contain a "contact us" form so that visitors can easily reach the company with questions or concerns. The page should be searchable so that Google can find it when someone searches for the company's website.
